The contracting authority needs assistance with street cleaning in Klæbu and Bratsberg, the work includes cleaning of streets, schools, municipal properties, municipal pavements and areas in accordance with the overview in electronic mapping. Access to the contract ́s extent is given in mapping via the following link: https://map.isy.no/?application=trondheim&project=Anbud%20gatefeiing Each tenderer will undertake a site inspection in accordance with electronic mapping. Tenderers must have relevant professional knowledge and have the right equipment available for the execution of the assignment. The year and class/degree shall be stated for the used vehicle. The cleaning shall be carried out in the period from week 17 up to and including week 20There is initially a requirement for sweeping. Mechanical absorption of sand and dirt with a brush and absorption is sufficient. Dry sweeping is not allowed. Where it is impossible or inappropriate to sweep, flushing can be used. Dust reduction measures shall be used when necessary to avoid unnecessary environmental impact when sweeping. If a ditch can be sweeping, it shall be approved by the contracting authority before execution. The need for flushing beyond what is described above will be assessed on the condition after satisfactory sweeping and will be ordered during the execution. The middle-deposit will be made available, but the tenderer must see to transport to and deposit at an approved disposal site. All costs thereof shall be calculated in the price. The system is to be described by the tenderer. Water filling post will be made available for tenderers for operational garage in Klæbu near Sørborgen.Near and in school areas, the work must be carried out outside school hours (08:00 - 16:00). A start-up meeting will be held before the assignment starts, so that the tenderer and the contracting authority agree on the execution. The contracting authority calls for a start-up meeting. It is up to the tenderer to contact operational personnel at the different locations to agree when the cleaning is intended, so that the areas are prepared.

The contracting authority is seeking assistance with the mechanical cleaning of several nursery schools in the city. The work shall be carried out with suitable machine equipment in accordance with the detailed plan stated in the tender documentation. Details on the assignment: Areas: An overview of the nursery areas that shall be cleaned, including timelines and pictures, can be found in the annex "Cleaning Overview 5 Nursery areas". This annex has been prepared to ensure that tenderers have sufficient information on any obstacles and design of the outside areas. Competence and equipment: Tenderers shall have relevant professional competence within cleaning of outside areas in nurseries and use the necessary equipment to carry out the assignment in accordance with the requirements. The contractor must include equipment suitable for confined areas, which are often found in the nursery schools' outside areas. Machine equipment that has a suction and water system must be used. Dry sweeping is not allowed. Water can be refilled at further specified locations. Vehicles: The annual model and class/degree shall be given for all vehicles that are used. Period: The cleaning shall be carried out in the period 22.04.2025 to 16.05.2025. See the attached map for the location. Execution: All cleaning shall be carried out outside of the nursery ́s opening hours.

The Contracting Authority needs assistance in carrying out cleaning of several locations in the city. The work shall be carried out with suitable machine equipment and in accordance with the plan given in the tender documentation. The areas to be cleaned are attached together with the timeline, Annex 6 - Cleaning Overview 2025 Locations. This is to ensure that the areas subject to cleaning are provisioned for cleaning, as regards obstacles and parked vehicles. Tenderers must have relevant professional knowledge and have the right equipment available for the execution of the assignment. The year and class/degree shall be stated for the used vehicle. The cleaning shall be carried out in the period 22.04.25 - 16.05.25. The cleaning shall be carried out with suitable machine equipment. Machine types shall have suction and water systems, dry sweeping is not allowed. Tenderers will have access to the deposit of the sweeping masses, see the attached map. Near, and in school areas, the work must be carried out outside of school hours (08:00 - 16:00). This will be taken care of in the plan that is attached, "Cleaning Overview 2025"
