Tenderers are registered in a company register or a trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: Minimum qualification requirements Requirement: Tenderers shall have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil their obligations in accordance with the contract, including satisfactory turnover, earnings, degree of liquidity and equity. The payment experience must be satisfactory. Documentation requirement: Credit rating from a certified credit rating company based on the last known accounting figures. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information that, but not limited to, annual financial statements including notes, the board's annual reports and auditor's reports.

The tenderer is considering to outsource the following part (as a percentage) of the contract to sub-suppliers. Note that if the tenderer has decided to outsource a part of the contract to sub-suppliers and will use the sub-suppliers ́ capacity to carry out this part, a special ESPD will be supplemented for such sub-suppliers, see part II, section C, above. Minimum qualification requirements Requirement: If sub-suppliers are used in the execution of the contract, or sub-suppliers to fulfil the qualification requirements, this must be stated. If a sub-supplier is used to fulfil the qualification requirements, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations chapter 16, a separate ESPD declaration must be enclosed, as well as a binding statement thereof. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall state the name and organisation number of any sub-suppliers and what their role is in the tender/contract. If the sub-provider is "supportive" to fulfil the qualification requirements in accordance with PPR chapter 16, a commitment statement signed for supporting companies must be submitted.
