This competition contains 2 sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1: Construction and maintenance projects as well as moving cleaning Part contract 2: Fixed cleaning of municipal rental dwellings The objective of the procurement is to cover fixed cleaning services and periodic needs for cleaning in the contracting authority ́s premises in Trondheim municipality. In addition there will be some ordering services. The contract work consists of: ● Regular cleaning● Periodic cleaning (cleaning to order)● Cleaning related service assignments● Cleaning management with procurement and ordering responsibilitiesThere shall be a framework agreement with 1 tenderer per lot. Tenders can be submitted for both lots. Separate tender documentation, requirement specifications and price form have been prepared for each sub-contract. The qualification requirements and other documents are common for both sub-contracts. The contract period for both lots is 2 years, from 01.10.2025 - 30.09.2027. The contracting authority shall, in addition, have an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1 years on verbatim terms. The procurement ́s value for both lots is estimated to approx. NOK 18,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The framework agreement has a general framework of NOK 75,000,000,-. See the procurement documents under each sub-contract for further information. The municipality would like tenders from tenderers with the professional, technical and economic basis necessary to fulfil the contract. Furthermore, experience from equivalent work is required for the execution of contract work in accordance with this tender documentation. All communication and tender submission will be via Mercell.

Trondheim municipality, c/o Trondheim eiendom, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for cleaning services for the municipality's entities. This tender documentation applies to sub-contract 1 - Construction and maintenance projects, as well as moving cleaning. The aim of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for cleaning services within moving out cleaning of municipal flats, as well as building cleaning in accordance with building and maintenance projects. The assignment has a large variation in assignment types, and can vary from clearance to moving cleaning. Trondheim municipality has approx. 3,800 flats. The number of flats to be cleaned is approx. 700 per annum. This includes cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings and fixed fittings. Some assignments also require emptying of fixtures, white goods and sheds. This requires vehicles of a certain size to transport to a certified landfill site. See annex 1 requirement specifications for further details on the need and assignment.

Trondheim municipality, c/o Trondheim eiendom, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for cleaning services for the municipality's entities. This tender documentation is for sub-contract 2 - Fixed cleaning of municipal rental housing. The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for regular cleaning of floors with an appropriate method, as well as cleaning of toilets/washbasins/dispensers and washing vessels, gel ends, as well as dusting all surfaces up to 180 cm. The cleaning of lifts at the lifts where there is a lift. Tenderers must provide all equipment, including any water, when cleaning the addresses are to be provided. A list of addresses, sizes, frequency of cleaning and other conditions is described in Annex 3 - Tender Form. The area and addresses stated in Annex 3 - Tender Form can be corrected. See annex 1 requirement specifications for further details on the need and assignment.
