The size of the turnover, one in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Documentation: The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability (capacity) and suitable manpower to carry out assignments under the contract.
Documentation: An overview shall be given of the tenderer's workforce. The overview shall show service personnel who will be used for carrying out assignments under the contract. If the tenderer shall be based on sub-suppliers for individual disciplines, this shall be specified.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract, including service, maintenance and repairs to doors.
Documentation: Tenderers shall provide a description of up to 5 reference assignments with a transferable value in the last 3 years, with information on, among other things:
• The assignment/contract name
• Description of the assignment/contract
• Type of building
• The assignment/contract value
• The start-up date and completion date.
It must be stated whether the works have been carried out by sub-suppliers or by the tenderer themselves. If the tenderer has not carried out the work themselves, the reference will not substantiate that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Tenderers must, in such cases, present a commitment statement from a sub-supplier who has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractors that show that the requirement is fulfilled.
