Tenderers shall have good experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract.
Comparative value means assignments connected to maintenance and alteration work in buildings that are completely or partly in operation.
The reference assignments shall also show experience with:
• Service and maintenance of ventilation aggregates, ventilation installations.
• Replacement of ventilation installations in buildings that are completely or partly in operation
• Commissioning/adjustment of ventilation installations.
• Service and maintenance of heat pumps and cooling installations.
• Service and maintenance of radon installations.
Documentation requirement: A description shall be submitted of up to five reference assignments with comparative value in the last five years.
