This means that the tenderer has methods for managing the supplier chain and traceability systems that enable follow-up of:
Basic human rights, including:
o No one must be subjected to torture or gruesome, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment (UN's Declaration of Human Rights, art. 5)
o Everyone who works has the right to fair and good payment that ensures his family and himself a man worthy existence and who, if necessary, is filled in with other social protection (UN Declaration of Human Rights, art. 23.3).
o Everyone has the right to rest and leisure time, including reasonable limiting of work hours and regular holidays with pay (UN's Declaration of Human Rights, art. 24).
ILO core conventions:
