Holmestrand municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of plumbing services. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with up to three tenderers. The aim of the procurement is to cover the need for tradesman services for plumbing work in accordance with the requirement specification and this notice The framework agreement shall be signed for 2 years, with an option for Holmestrand municipality to extend for a further two years, a total of maximum four years. Start-up date: 01.06.2025

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The work will mainly consist of ongoing maintenance, minor new installations and repairs, work on renovation both indoor and outdoor. Work on sprinkler installations is also included in the agreement. Notes to the contract: For assignments that are assessed to exceed NOK 100,000, a mini-competition will be held on the contract For assignments/projects that are assessed to exceed NOK 250,000, competitions will be held outside the agreement. The contract includes materials if needed, but the contracting authority reserves the right to deliver this. For further information on the contents of the procurement, please refer to other documents attached to the competition Contract type and the estimated value of the procurement is up to NOK 6 million over a total of 4 years. The estimated scope is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. If deliveries to the contract exceed the stated estimate, the contract will be terminated. Reference is made to the COURT OF JUSTICE: C-216/17.
