Qualification requirements in the competition: Organisational and legal position: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID Economic and financial capacity. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers may in addition be asked to submit auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively state StartBANK ID. Technical and professional qualifications tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability (capacity) and suitable manpower to carry out assignments under the contract. An overview shall be provided of personnel that the tenderer can use and who are relevant for the execution of the contract work. Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract. Tenderers shall provide a description of up to 3 reference assignments with a comparative value in the last 3 years with information on, among other things: • Description of the care • Description of the facility and its size • Name of the contracting authority • Date of the execution.
