1. About the Assignment - the objective and scope of the procurementMøre and Romsdal county through the Programme for town and close-town development, has worked on quality in built surroundings over a long period of time. For example, a legal manager has been prepared, Fortetting with quality, containing recommendations for planning at different levels, and for the process and implementation of projects that shall realise the plans.1.1 Budget framework/sub-areas The project has a total framework of NOK 2.8 million that will be divided into the execution of the four sub-projects/area: SmølaAureSunndalFjordThe individual assignments shall be solved within a fixed framework. The procurement is a pure service procurement of consultancy services in terms of architecture, process and plan. The work tasks that shall be carried out are connected to the project ́s insight phase, concept development and sketch project. The work mainly consists of meetings, writing and drawing table work. The work can include some travel activities. EVALUATION The service procurement is assessed to have little climate and environmental impact. CONCLUSION The result of the climate and environmental mapping shows that the procurement has a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 (5).
