QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Tenderers shall have the necessary economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. It is sufficient to fulfil the requirement that the tenderer has achieved the credit rating of "credit worthy" or equivalent. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: Credit rating from a certified credit rating company based on the last known accounting figures. The assessment must not be more than three months old.
