The aim of this procurement is to enter into a contract for cleaning services for the Norwegian Tax Administration. The contract shall apply for all of the Norwegian Tax Administration ́s locations, with the exception of Nordfjordeid, Trysil, Surnadal and Steinkjer. The procurement comprises a total of 57 locations, with a broad geographical spread from Kirkenes in the northeast to Kristiansand in the south. The main element of the procurement is the fixed cleaning of the premises, which shall ensure a clean, safe and pleasant environment for employees, visitors and users. In addition the contract shall include an option for ordering cleaning related additional services, such as spring cleaning, window cleaning, flooring and other special assignments. Important prerequisites in the procurement and the subsequent contract period are a professional execution, good communication and stability in the delivery. Tenderers shall have the necessary competence, capacity and experience to provide the services. See annex 2 - requirement specifications for further requirements for the delivery.
