The tenderer's economic and financial capacity.: Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. A turnover of minimum NOK 10 million per annum during the last three years is required.
Tenderers are required to be credit worthy and have financial solidity with a minimum credit score of A in accordance with an assessment made in CreditPro from the credit information agency Bisnode AS or an equivalent approved credit agency.
Documentation requirement: The company's annual accounts and a statement of the company's total turnover for the last three years.
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than one year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. Alternatively, the Annual Financial Statements are delivered to document equivalent.
Companies that cannot be credit rated shall present approved accounting figures showing satisfactory good credit worthiness and sufficient financial implementation ability, or any other document that the tenderer deems suitable.

Hereunder, the tenderer shall have experience with the following:
- Experience with engineering design services for municipal contracting authorities in at least 3 different assignments.
- Experience with engineering design services for schools and nursery buildings.
- Experience with engineering design services for different contract forms.
- Experience with processes at the Planning and Building Authority.
Documentation requirement: An overview of the most important and relevant deliveries in the last 5 years, including an overview of the contract ́s value, date of delivery/execution, name of the recipient.
Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel at their disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have provided services for another service provider.
The response shall have a maximum of 4 A4 pages.
