Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with three tenderers who can offer ARK and consulting engineers. The framework agreement shall mainly be used for municipal activities for the development and maintenance of the municipality ́s buildings and properties. In the future there will be particularly many projects connected to schools and nurseries. The framework agreement includes all types of engineering design and consultancy work for buildings and property. The assignments within the framework agreement can include, but are not limited to: Feasibility studies, room programme, sketch/preliminary project, engineering design, function description, preparation of calculations, assistance with procurements, follow-up in the construction period etc.  See the procurement documents for further information.

The tenderer's economic and financial capacity.: Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. A turnover of minimum NOK 10 million per annum during the last three years is required. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy and have financial solidity with a minimum credit score of A in accordance with an assessment made in CreditPro from the credit information agency Bisnode AS or an equivalent approved credit agency. Documentation requirement: The company's annual accounts and a statement of the company's total turnover for the last three years.
