The aim of the procurement is the operation and care of flower meadows in South Oslo. Annual assignments in a fixed contract (hourly and round sum): Care of flower meadows in Oslo south, which includes beaten, collection and removal of cuttings and postings and measures against foreign species, which are details described for each area. Additional work (hourly): Assignments connected to the flower fields, which will mainly not be carried out annually, such as restoration of new areas with flower meadows, setting up a rope fence, other measures against foreign species than described in the annual assignments, setting up rope fences etc. The contract also includes annual care of new flower area areas that have been restored. The contract period is 2+1+1 years. The procurement is a single procurement

The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.: The company's last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Report and Audit Report, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain credit appraisal on its own initiative.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company.: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to fulfil the contract.: A description of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the management during the last three years.

Tenderers shall have a relevant quality assurance system for the content of the contract.: A description of the tenderer's quality assurance methods alternatively: Certificate for the company's quality assurance system issued by independent bodies that confirms the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2015.

Tenderers are required to have implemented environmental management measures that ensure that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contract ́s environmental provisions (see contract point 16). This means that the tenderer has methods for working actively and systematically to reduce negative environmental impact from activities connected to the execution of this contract.: A description of the tenderer's environmental management measures. If a tenderer has certificates from independent bodies that document the environmental management system, they can be presented as documentation. Refer to the EU Scheme for Environmental Management and Environmental Audit (EMAS), other recognised environmental management systems in regulation (EF) no. 1221/2009 article 45, or equivalent, and other environmental management standards based on relevant European or international standards from accredited bodies such as ISO 14001 or equivalent.

Tenderers shall have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and extent. This means i.a. experience with: Management of meadow environments Controlling foreign species Restoration of meadow environments With relevant experience means experience from work described in the requirement specifications.: An overview of contracts in the last 5 years where the tenderer has carried out work of a relevant nature and extent as described in the tender documentation. The overview shall state the contracting authority, the nature, scope and value, as well as the date and place of execution. See annex 12. If the requirement is fulfilled through sub-suppliers, it shall be used in the contract and a commitment statement shall be enclosed. Use the attached template on the commitment statement, see Annex 2.

Tenderers shall have sufficient technical, personnel and organisational capacity to carry out assignments of equivalent scope to that included in this procurement. This means, among other things, that the tenderer shall offer two work managers who are either: Gartner Plant gardener Botanist Plant witnesses or have equivalent greenery competence.: A description of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the management during the last three years. Which parts of the contract shall be carried out by using sub-suppliers and information on education and professional qualifications of supervisors.
