Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

NTNU Campussamling-BUT shall through this agreement ensure access to high competence within contract advice and procurements of user equipment for the project. There is a right to give notice for this contract for the contracting authority on the liquidation/phasing-out of hired consultancy services with a notification of 3 months without further justification. Termination from the contracting authority in accordance with such notification does not give a right to compensation. The Consultant ́s invoices shall be specified and documented so that they can be checked by Statsbygg.The Consultant shall keep hours in Statsbygg ́s internal timekeeping system (WinTid), and the timesheet from WinTidskal will be enclosed with the invoice. The invoice must either include a item with non-invoiceable hours, or the consultant must log in and out for lunch, so that the invoiceable hours will be equal to the number of hours taken in WinTid.The procurement ́s take-care of PPR § 7-9: This is a procurement of consultancy services for administration work. In accordance with chapters 7.2 and 7.3 in "Guidelines on rules on climate and environmental considerations in public procurements" are procurements of consultancy and analysis services, including consultants in buildings, sites and property, procurements that are of their nature have an immaterial climate footprint and environmental impact. For this procurement, the exclusion provisions in PPR § 7-9 (5) are therefore used, as the procurement has a climate footprint and an immaterial environmental impact. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property is therefore exempted from the obligations to emphasise the environment or to prioritise the environment among the three highest prioritised award criteria.

Economic and financial capacity. Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers may, in addition, be asked to submit auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively state StartBANK ID.

Technical and professional qualifications. Tenderers are required to have sufficient competence and experience from assignments with comparative value. 1. A description shall be submitted, of approx. one A4 page per project, for up to 3 reference projects with a transferable value, with information on, among other things: • The project name •Principal • the project ́s size in cost • the company ́s assignments/role in the project • the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed - where one is in the project • in what phases the assignment was carried out.
