Requirements connected to the tenderer's economic and financial capacity.: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Credit rating A or better is required. Newly established companies: Newly established companies must have the economic capacity to execute the Agreement. Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will carry out an assessment of the tenderer's finances through the company and the accounting information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro. The contracting authority will not accept credit ratings from other company and accounting information systems than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro due to equal treatment of the tenderers. Tenderers can enclose other necessary information in the tender if the tenderer believes that Bisnode/CreditPro does not provide a correct picture of the financial situation.

Requirements connected to the tenderer's organisational and legal position.: The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation requirement; Norwegian companies shall enclose a company registration certificate. Foreign companies shall present documentation of registration in a company register or in a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: Tax certificate for tax and VAT, not older than six months. Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.

The tenderer's technical and professional qualifications: Experience: Experience from equivalent assignments is required. Documentation requirement: The company ́s 3 most important public deliveries in recent years. Include information about the value, date and name of the recipient with contact information for any reference collection. Tenderers shall have a well-functioning quality assurance system / quality management system. Documentation requirement: An account of the quality assurance system/quality management system. If the company is certified, evidence of the certification must be attached.

Environment: Tenderers shall use environmental management measures when carrying out the contract. Documentation requirement: Self-declaration environment - shall be used as documentation
