Requirements connected to the tenderer's economic and financial capacity.: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Credit rating A or better is required.
Newly established companies: Newly established companies must have the economic capacity to execute the Agreement.
Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will carry out an assessment of the tenderer's finances through the company and the accounting information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro. The contracting authority will not accept credit ratings from other company and accounting information systems than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro due to equal treatment of the tenderers. Tenderers can enclose other necessary information in the tender if the tenderer believes that Bisnode/CreditPro does not provide a correct picture of the financial situation.

Documentation requirement; Norwegian companies shall enclose a company registration certificate. Foreign companies shall present documentation of registration in a company register or in a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement: Tax certificate for tax and VAT, not older than six months. Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.
