QA system: Requirement: The tenderer shall have a quality assurance system.
Documentation requirement:
Tenderers shall have a documented quality assurance system. The quality system shall show the tenderer ́s systematic safeguarding of both quality and HSE, and shall as a minimum contain the following:
- Organisation plan (key personnel, job descriptions, responsibility, authority, formal lines)
- Documented work procedures that show that these are thoughtful and planned so that all quality requirements can be complied with.
- Deviation management that ensures continual improvement through corrective and preventive measures, in accordance with improvement of deviations as well as documentation.
- Document processing that ensures that all the necessary information flows correctly the person in question and always works after the last document audit.
