Tenderers shall submit a credit rating based on accounting figures for the last three years. The credit rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. A description of the scale used and an explanation of the accompanying goal achievement must be included in the evaluation.

Norwegian companies shall submit a tax certificate showing the status of tax and VAT payments. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Foreign tenderers shall enclose an equivalent certificate from an equivalent authority in their own country.

Description of the tenderer ́s up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the contract value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been aquired while the personnel were employed by another service provider.

Requirements of the tenderer's environmental management system.: Tenderers shall have an environmental management system such as ISO 14001, Miljøfyrtårn (Eco-lighthouse programme), or equivalent. A description of the tenderer ́s existing routines and documentation that the requirement for an environmental management system/management system applicable for the assignment is fulfilled. If this is described in the tenderer's environmental management system iht. ISO 14001 or equivalent scheme, a certificate confirming the certification can be presented.
It is sufficient to satisfy this requirement that the tenderer can document that they are in a certification process at the time of the tender offer. The final fulfilment of the requirement shall, in this case, be documented at the latest 6 months from when the contract is signed, when presenting a valid certification certificate.
