Necessary certificates and certifications: Tenderers shall have the necessary certificates and certifications for work that shall be carried out in accordance with this framework agreement and shall document qualifications to take on operations manager responsibility for the installations. All those who
carry out assignments in accordance with this contract shall be certified as an energy installer or electrician.
Documentation requirement:
• Documentation that the tenderer has sufficient personnel who are certified as an energy installer or electrician in accordance with the "Regulations on electrical companies and the qualification requirements for work on electrical installations and electrical equipment" in order to fulfil the framework agreement.
• Documentation that the tenderer is registered in the Electrical Enterprise Register, which carries out the following work: "Engineering design of electrical installations" and "Construction and maintenance of other people ́s electrical installations" within "Supply installations low voltage" and "Pipeline installations low voltage", possibly equivalent documented competence.
• Documentation that the tenderer ́s personnel includes "Certified light consultant", Bachelor/Master in Lighting design or equivalent documented competence (long experience).
• Documentation that the tenderer ́s personnel includes person(s) who are qualified to take on operations manager responsibility for the installations, in accordance with the "Regulations on electrical companies and the qualification requirements for work connected to electrical installations and electrical equipment".
If the sub-supplier ́s implementation ability and capacity shall form the basis for the tenderer ́s qualification, the tenderer must submit a commitment statement from the relevant sub-suppliers, or enclose equivalent documentation that shows that the tenderer has the right to use these resources.
