The Historical Museum (Museum of Cultural History) would like to develop an exhibition on the vikings imaginary world that shall open in spring 2025. The exhibition will use a small number of objects from the museum ́s collection, in which the vikings ́ beliefs are expressed. The exhibition shall be the place where the public in Oslo can experience the Viking Age at the museum until the new Viking Age Museum opens at Bygdøy.

The exhibition will use a small number of objects from the museum ́s collection, in which the vikings ́ beliefs are expressed. The exhibition shall be the place where the public in Oslo can experience the Viking Age at the museum until the new Viking Age Museum opens at Bygdøy.

CLIMATE AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS
The procurement is considered to have a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial, cf. The Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 (5) (Norway).

Grounds
The procurement for the delivery of a complete exhibition including design concept, scenography, lighting design, sound design, acoustics, building/construction drawings including the Electrical plan, as well as production and construction of architecture, is mainly the procurement of a service.

The procurement of AV equipment and other technical equipment shall be outsourced in separate contracts.

The exhibition shall be constructed in a hall 390 at the Historical Museum and the room is 160 m2. There are requirements regarding experience with and solutions on reuse and sustainable material choices. Several mounts will be reused for the exhibition, in addition to the purchase of a mount. This procurement shall be carried out in a separate tender contest.

Economic and financial capacity: The tenderer's Annual Financial Statements including notes with the Board's and the auditor's reports from the last two years document fulfilment of the requirement.
If the Annual Financial Statements for the last year are not finished before the tender deadline for this contest expires, the last year's preliminary annual accounts should also be attached. The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment. The financial strength will be assessed in relation to turnover, operating degree, solidity and liquidity.

If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate.

Registrations, authorisations, etc.: Tenderers shall be a legally established company and registered in a company register or a commerce register in the member state where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign tenderers: Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Technical and professional qualifications: Tenderers shall have relevant experience from comparable and similar assignments, such as exhibitions/museum exhibitions.
Description of the tenderer's three (3) most relevant assignments for documentation of relevance, scope and value frame of the assignments and time limits including information on the date of delivery or execution,
as well as information about the customer/recipient/contracting authority, with names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.

Tenderers shall describe their role in the deliveries.

It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of personnel that the tenderer has at his disposal and
can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have provided service for another service provider.
