The health authorities in Helse Vest intend to enter into framework agreements for various consumables within anaesthesia, treatment aids and intensive care. The procurement is divided into 15 lots and it is awarded per lot. A combined tender is submitted in Mercell for all the sub-contracts a tender is submitted for. The sub-contracts are:1. Duodenalsonde2. Ventricle probe 3. Doublelum swamp probe 4. Bladder pressure meter5. Pressure sensor spinal: Riser tube 6. Time diuresis sets 7. Temperature probes for esophegal, nasopharyngal or rectal location 8. PH indicator with the closure of nutrition probes9. Foley catheter with temperature measurement10. Nasogastrikse probes with mantrusion and with side gate long term probes for children 11. Nasogastric probes with mantrusion and with side gates long-term probes for adults 12. Nasogastric probes with mantrusion and without side gate, long term probes for children 13. Nasogastric probes with mantrusion and without side gate, long term probes for adults 14. Ventricle flushing sets15. Large ventricle probes Estimated total value of the procurement is approx. NOK 8.2 million excluding VAT for the entire 4 year contract period. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an extension for 1+1 year. Each sub-contract has an annual estimated volume listed in Annex 1 - Price Form. This is based on previous purchasing statistics. The stated consumption is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The framework agreements will have a maximum volume of + 20% of the estimated volume stated in Annex 1 - Prisskjema.Se Annex 1 Price Form and Annex 2 Requirement Specifications for further information. Questions are not read in the period from 21.12.2024 to 05.01.2025. Questions that have not yet been answered or received in this period will first be answered from and including 06.01.2025.

See the tender provisions point 5.3: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Sufficient economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer must have a credit rating equal to B or better, measured on AAA soliditet's scale or equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
Documented by presenting a credit rating, not older than six months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.
We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company.
Recently established companies with an credit rating, some foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to provide a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. In such cases, this will be compensated by providing alternative documentation together with the tender.
