Payment of tax, VAT and other public duties: Requirement: Tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in accordance with the law, and the tenderer shall not have any arrears. Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: The tenderer must enclose a tax and VAT certificate in the tender. The certificate shall not be older than 6 (six) months from the date the tender deadline expires.
Any arrears or other mislegheits must be found. (Tenderers can obtain the electronic tax and VAT certificate themselves and immediately receive it by email.)
For foreign tenderers: Tenderers who are not established in Noreg shall submit equivalent documentation issued by the legal age in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate shall preferably be translated into Norwegian, but it will also be accepted in Swedish, Danish and English.
