Ørsta kommune
The aim of the procurement is a re-valuation of real estate tax and it is to carry out the inspection and valuation of property in the municipality for the printing of a new real estate tax from and including 2026. The assignment includes inspections of debts and proposals for valuations of all types of real estates.

Registration: Requirement: Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement: Tenderers must enclose a company registration certificate with the tender.

Payment of tax, VAT and other public duties: Requirement: Tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in accordance with the law, and the tenderer shall not have any arrears. Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: The tenderer must enclose a tax and VAT certificate in the tender. The certificate shall not be older than 6 (six) months from the date the tender deadline expires.
Any arrears or other mislegheits must be found. (Tenderers can obtain the electronic tax and VAT certificate themselves and immediately receive it by email.)
For foreign tenderers: Tenderers who are not established in Noreg shall submit equivalent documentation issued by the legal age in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate shall preferably be translated into Norwegian, but it will also be accepted in Swedish, Danish and English.

The host required experience from equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments include assignments for municipalities that require valuation of real estates for re-valuation of real estate tax.
Documentation requirement:
An overview of equivalent reference assignments carried out by the company in the last three years. The overview must include at least seven equivalent assignments.

Knowledge of the relevant principle for real estate tax assessment is required.

Documentation of competence in real estate tax tax, as well as experience/knowledge in assessing works and use.
