Urological services for Helse Vest RHF

In accordance with the Specialist Health Services Act §2-1 a, Helse Vest RHF shall ensure that patients resilende in the Western Health Region are offered specialist health services. These services are provided partly through separate health companies and partly through contracts with private providers of specialist health services. Helse Vest RHF would like to enter into a contract for the delivery of urological services from a private service provider. Helse Vest RHF undertakes this procurement primarily to relieve Helse Stavanger HF and reduce the accumulated waiting times in the health company. The service shall therefore be carried out in Helse Stavanger ́s admissions area and tenders with other delivery locations will be rejected.

Finansielle nøkkeltall: Tilbyder skal ha tilstrekkelig økonomisk og finansiell kapasitet til å kunne gjennomføre kontraktsforpliktelsene. Oppdragsgiver vil i vurderingen bl.a. vektlegge om tilbyder har lønnsom drift og positiv egenkapital. Dokumentasjon: o Siste avlagte årsregnskap med noter inkludert revisorerklæring, samt årsberetning dersom dette er avgitt. o Resultatregnskap og balanse hittil i år (siste avsluttede regnskapsperiode). o Tilbyder står fritt til å godtgjøre sin økonomiske og finansielle stilling ved ethvert annet dokument, herunder for eksempel ved en morselskapsgaranti.
