The purpose of this procurement is to improve the reliability of the auxiliary converters for train class 72 over the next 15 years by upgrading the components in each auxiliary converter.

It is preferred that some of the activities outlined in Exhibit A are carried out onboard the train in Norway (Larvik) and some activities must be carried out onboard the train (such as 'Testing of the converter').
