§ 25-2. Waiting period before the contract is signed.
(1) The contracting authority can enter into a contract after the waiting period has expired at the earliest, that has been determined by the contracting authority. The waiting period shall be at least 10 days calculated from the day after the notification on the chosen tenderer has been sent. If the contracting authority has made an exception from the requirement for using electronic communication, the waiting period shall be at least 15 days.
(2) The waiting period requirement does not apply
a. when the contracting authority is not obliged to announce a competition, cf. § 13-3 and § 13-4
b. when the chosen tenderer is the only affected tenderer
c. when the Contracting Authority awards contracts under a framework agreement.
d. when the contracting authority awards contracts under a dynamic purchasing system.
