Innskudd og garantier som kreves
Tenderers shall, at their expense, provide security in the form of a guarantee for their contractual obligations. The security shall be from a bank, insurance company or other credit institution and on the terms in the annex to the contract document. The size of the security shall be 10% of the annual contract sum and it will apply for the entire contract period, up to 500,000 NOK.
The Contracting Authority will not provide any guarantees.
