Documentation requirement: A description shall be provided of the tenderer ́s 3
most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years.
All three contracts must fulfil the qualification requirement, cf. the above.
The description must include a statement of the contract ́s date and recipient/customer (name of the customer and gender neutral preferred at the customer, telephone number and e-mail address).
It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.

organisation of its activities, as well as any sub-suppliers' activities.
The description shall have a maximum of 2 A4 pages.
If the tenderer will use the capacity of other companies, he shall.
substantiate that he prevails over the necessary resources by presenting a
mutually signed commitment statement.
A clear description shall be given of how much of the framework agreement the tenderer possibly plans to outsource to sub-suppliers.
