Tenderers shall particularly justify why the credit rating is not available or why it gives a misleading picture. For companies without a score in the Bisnode base, the contracting authority will assess the accounting figures, possibly obtain external help to assess the tenderer's economic and financial position. Tenderers with temporarily reduced credit rating due to notified fission/fusion or equivalent, may be approved.
