Experience: Tenderers are required to have experience with delivering temporary staff for the education sector during the last three years. During the reference period the tenderer shall have carried out important services of the requested type.
Documentation:
Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment ́s value, date and recipient (gender neutral preferred with name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can also document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience was worked up while the personnel have served another service provider. GKI will, if needed, obtain information from the references.
With tenders from current tenderers, the contracting authority shall make up one of the 3 reference customers.

Quality assurance system: A good and well-functioning quality management system is required for the services that shall be provided and that are complied with in practice. The system shall have procedures, as well as documentable historical traceability. The concept of a quality management system is that i.a. the tenderer has a awareness of quality objectives, planning, securing, handling of deviations and quality improvement.
Documentation requirement: An account of the tenderer ́s quality management system, or a copy of a quality management certificate in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 or an equivalent certificate.
