Bane NOR shall have placed storage boxes in the station areas so that the public can use these for payment. Tenderers shall, to the public, rent storage boxes at their own expense and risk in the Contracting Authority ́s premises. The Tenderer has, among other things, i.a. obligations regarding functionality, service, support, running time and volume.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to carry out the contract work.: • The annual accounts for the last accounting year, as well as the boards and auditor ́s reports. or • Expanded report from a publicly certified credit rating company containing a credit rating of tenderers. Documentation shall be connected to the unit, c/o an organisation number that shall be responsible for the tender offer. Newly established companies where other requested documentation is not available, shall present the following documentation: foundation document with the opening balance as well as the last available accounting figures.

Tenderers shall account for the company ́s ownership structure down to 9% of the ownership in the company itself or in each share-owner in the company.: •Account or • Printout from the owner register The contracting authority expects tenderers to know their owners downwards in the owner chain to at least 9% interest in each link in the chain.

Tenderers shall be registered in the Company Register, or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.: • Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. • Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established. Certificates in languages other than Norwegian. Swedish, Danish or English must enclose a confirmed translation to Norwegian from an independent translator.

Tenderers shall have a documented quality system sufficient for the execution of the contractual works.: Copy of valid certificate for EN ISO 9001:2015 issued by an accredited third party. or Statement of the quality system. The requirement must be fulfilled by the tenderer himself. Other companies cannot be relied on to fulfil the requirement. An account should be brief and pointed out and document that the requirements are met, with a general description of the system ́s content.

Tenderers shall have a documented environmental management system that fulfils the requirements in NS-EN-ISO 14001, EMAS or equivalent.: Copy of a valid certificate for NS-EN ISO 14001 or EMAS issued by an accredited third party. or An account of the environment system. An account should be brief and pointed out and document that the requirements are complied with, with a general description of the system ́s content, including an overview of environmental plans and relevant check-lists.
