Kort beskrivelse

The turnkey contractor shall deliver solar power installations on the roof to Ole Johan Dahls hus (GA06), Gaustadalléen 23B, 0373 Oslo. The delivery includes engineering design, installation, commissioning and documentation of a complete solar panel system on the roof. Systems and choice of equipment shall be cost efficient in regard to later operations and maintenance, including washing, snow clearing and troubleshooting. The facility is planned to be 1600 m2.

The supplier's system shall facilitate more functionality and easy handling of data beyond normal operation and monitoring of the system. Due to limitations in the roof ́s load capacity, a system shall be delivered for monitoring snow loads on the roof.

The work includes all disciplines that are necessary for the execution.

Economic and financial capacity: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.

Enclose a printout of a credit rating that shows the financial ranking. A printout can be obtained from Experian or an equivalent credit rating company. The credit rating should not be older than 3 months. A definition of the symbols that the credit rating institution uses must be enclosed so that the contracting authority can assess different ratings up against each other.

If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate.

Tax: Tenderers shall have their tax and duty payments in order.

The tax certificate must not be older than six months calculated from the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or a tender.

All sub-contractors shall also submit tax certificates for building and construction contracts, see point 1.4.5.

Registrations, authorisations, etc.: Tenderers shall be a legally established company and registered in a company register or a commerce register in the member state where the tenderer is established.

Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign tenderers: Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Technical and professional qualifications: Tenderers shall have experience from similar assignments. Similar assignments mean assignments with equivalent design for this.

Completed Annex 4 - References with a description of the tenderer ́s 3 most relevant assignments from equivalent buildings in the last 5 years.

The description in the reference must include a statement of the assignment ́s value, date of delivery or execution and contact information for a gender neutral preferred (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.

Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.

Due diligence assessment: UiO is concerned with due diligence assessments, especially aimed at forced labour in the value chain. Tenderers shall account for their due diligence assessments. In addition tenderers shall present the following documentation for the offered solar panel modules as a minimum.

- ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
- ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety
