Services within operation, maintenance and new procurements of ventilation and dehumidifying installations in the Western Region - 3 sub areas (R01559, R01560 and R01561)
The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency ́s need for services, including materials and equipment, connected to the operation and maintenance of climate installations, including new procurements of air treatment and climate installations. The framework agreement thereby includes, among other things, the delivery of the following services: Replacement of site parts and installations Installation of new facility Preventative Maintenance Service ContractHaste assignment in connection with, among other things, breakdowns and stoppages, replacement of consumables such as filters and belts Improvements, Alterations of channels, valves and more Adjustments to air amounts, Reporting Analyses and assistance with indoor climate assessmentsEnergi reducing measures, such as assessing fan energy, installation of heating/energy recovery and the execution of insulation work. The procurement is divided into 3 independent geographical sub areas: 1 - Contract number R01559 - Trøndelag2 - Contract number R01560 - Bergen3 - Contract number R01561 - Stavanger and AgderIt is possible to submit separate tender offers for one, two or all three sub areas. Parallel framework agreements shall be signed with up to three tenderers per sub-area, as long as there are a sufficient number of tenders. A contract can also be signed with two or one tenderer per sub-area if we do not receive enough tenders for the sub-area in question to execute parallel framework agreements with three tenderers. The framework agreement period is 2 (two) years. The contracting authority can extend the contract for up to 1 (one) + 1 (one) year + 1 (one) year, maximum 5 (five) years from the actual start-up date. In addition to the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, the Intelligence Service can make call-offs on the framework agreement.

Minimum qualification requirements
The minimum requirement for credit worthiness is rating A or equivalent. Documentation requirement: Credit rating of the tenderer, not older than six months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The result of the credit rating must be given as a graded value (letters or numbers) on a defined scale. The credit rating shall include an assessment of the tenderer's payment history/reliability. NB! If the tenderer, in order to comply with the requirement, presents guarantees from other companies (e.g. the parent company), an equivalent credit rating must be submitted for that company. Furthermore, a legally binding confirmation must be enclosed from this company stating that they have joint and several liability under the contract. Recently established companies that cannot present a relevant credit rating can enclose alternative documentation that states, among other things, accounts/balance, key figures, payment history and payment remarks.
