Climate and environmental measures: Tenderers will be evaluated for the percentage use of vehicles on electricity, biogas and hydrogen during the first four years of the service concession. The basis for the evaluation is completed Annex 3 Climate and Environmental Measures evaluation form.
The actual execution of practical assistance in the user's home has, in its nature, a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is considered immaterial. Transport by vehicle to and from the assignments in the users ́ homes is a necessary part of the service. Zero emission vehicles or biogas vehicles as a main rule shall be used in the tender documentation part III Service concession contract.
