The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The entire credit rating report shall be submitted. If a tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot submit the documentation requested by the concession authority, he can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the concession authority can accept.

Documentation requirement: Concession applicants must enclose the 3 most important relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, including their extent (number of monthly work), value, date and contracting authority. There must also be an overview over gender neutral preferred for each delivery as well as the gender neutral preferred's telephone number and e-mail address. If a tenderer refers to the key person's experience, the key person's experience must be documented in the same way, in addition the key person's name and title must be stated in the reference form.
