Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers shall have an annual minimum turnover of NOK 4.5 million for the last three available fiscal years.
The contracting authority will obtain rating reports from the www.credit.dnb.com (provided by Dun & Bradstreet) in order to verify that the Tenderer has sufficient economic and financial capacity.
Tenderers who cannot comply with the requirement may alternatively prove their economic and financial capacity by any other document, including e.g. by a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.

Tenderers shall by the tender deadline be third party certified for environmental management, in the form of EMAS, ISO 14001 or Miljøfyrtårn.
Documentation requirement: Licence number for EMAS, ISO 14001 or Miljøfyrtårn, or equivalent documentation issued by independent bodies. The certification shall be valid at the start of the agreement and for the entire contract period. If the tenderer shall be re-certified during the contract period, a new valid certificate shall be sent to Sykehusinnkjøp HF as soon as it is ready and without request. The contracting authority will also accept documentation that the tenderer ́s measures correspond to the requested environmental management standards.
