The tenderer's economic and financial capacity: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
The tenderer must not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings or be the subject of debt negotiations.
Tenderers shall have the solidity, liquidity and financial ability to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement: Documentation requirement: Presentation of the company's Annual Financial Statements (last annual report to the Brønnøysund Register Centre, including the auditor's report) and new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures. If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate.

1. Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts.
2. Tenderers must operate their security guard services in accordance with the Security Guard Act.
Documentation requirement:
Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
2. Permits from the Police that show that the tenderer is certified for security guard services in Mid-Telemark, Porsgrunn, Ringerike and Horten, respectively.
