The current scope is stationary and mobile security guards and turn-outs for alarms at the customer ́s premises in Oslo.Alarm stand-by Alarm stand-by: turn-outs to and control the alarm place and reset the alarm after the received alarm. Stationary security guard service When the customer cannot staff the reception with their own employees, stationary security guard services are required. Orders with both a short (same day) and longer ordering time must be expected. These are to be priced separately. Typical work assignments for stationary scales at the reception: Access control: Scales shall prevent the intrusion from unauthorised Visit Control: Guards shall receive, assist and register visitors, hand out visitor cards, loan cards, service cards and keep track of these at all times. Hand out taxi cards and Ruter cards for the employees Inspection round after 15:45/15:00 to check the shell protection and lock the gate to the goods reception. A complete list of the work assignments is at the reception and as an annex to this agreement. Mobile security guard serviceThe mobile security guard service involves inspections of the building during the period from 17:00 to 07:00 on weekdays, and an inspection during the day on Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays. Inspections of agreed control points outside and inside the buildings. The tenderer shall, together with the customer, make a list of the checkpoints that shall be inspected. Tenderers shall prepare monthly reports that document that all the checkpoints are inspected. The report will be sent to the contracting authority monthly. A report shall also be made that describes events from the inspection round. This is to be delivered to the customer the following working day. Alarm connectionThe tenderer is required to have AN 50518-2019 certified alarm reception. Alarms in connection with lifts, break-ins and water leaks shall be connected to a certified security guard centre. Tenderers are required to scramble to the alarm place and check the alarm point and reset it after triggered alarms outside workdays, and 24 hours a day on weekends and other bank holidays. If the security guard cannot reset the alarm, the customer shall be notified in accordance with a prioritised contact list that is attached to this contract. Other servicesVed special occasions (the shell protection is not satisfactory, fire installations etc.) there can, for safety reasons, be a need for staffing with scales(s) on the buildings outside work hours, until the normal condition is restored. If the security guard does not receive the alarm reset after call-outs, or discovers events (water leakage, power outages etc.) in connection with the inspection round and does not contact the customer, the tenderer shall take measures on his own to have it repaired/repaired.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement. • A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. The rating shall be at least level A, or equivalent if a different scale is used.
