The procurement is for a new contract for the execution of sales and licence inspections and tobacco inspections for the contracting authority, as stated in the provisions, requirements and terms described in the tender documentation and annexes. Checks shall be carried out on both fixed sales and licence locations and places granted licences for sale and licence for a single occasion and ambulant licence. The sales and alcohol inspections shall be carried out pursuant to the Alcohol Act § 1-9 and the alcohol regulations chapter 9. Supervision shall also be made that registered retailers comply with the provisions of the Tobacco Injury Act.

Services only: Only for services: In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements The tenderer shall have experience from a minimum of 2 equivalent assignments. An account of the execution of at least 2 relevant assignments for comparable municipalities. The contracting authority, the assignment ́s content as well as the assignment ́s start and end times shall be stated.

Technical personnel or technical units: Tenderers can use the following technical personnel or technical units , particularly those who are responsible for quality control: For technical personnel or technical units that do not directly belong to the tenderer ́s business, but if the capacity the tenderer will use, cf. part II, section C, separate ESPD forms shall be supplemented. Minimum qualification requirements The company is required to have a sufficient number of qualified own inspectors for use in the requested/described assignment. With qualified inspectors, i.e. that a minimum of one has submitted and passed the knowledge test for licences for sale and licences, cf. the Alcohol Regulations § 9-3, as well as fulfils the requirement for satisfactory conduct, cf. the Security Guard Act § 7. The conduct requirement also applies to the tenderer's management. Qualified inspectors shall be presented with names and ages in their own list. Documentation of passed knowledge samples for respectively licences for sale and licences must be presented by the start of the assignment. The tenderer's routines for safeguarding the conduct requirement shall be accounted for. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 qualified inspectors within 3 months from the start of the contract. If the tenderer does not have 5 qualified inspectors at the time of the tender, the tenderer is asked to describe the plan and progress to build the inspector staff if the contract is awarded.
