Minimum qualification requirements
The company is required to have a sufficient number of qualified own inspectors for use in the requested/described assignment. With qualified inspectors, i.e. that a minimum of one has submitted and passed the knowledge test for licences for sale and licences, cf. the Alcohol Regulations § 9-3, as well as fulfils the requirement for satisfactory conduct, cf. the Security Guard Act § 7. The conduct requirement also applies to the tenderer's management.
Qualified inspectors shall be presented with names and ages in their own list. Documentation of passed knowledge samples for respectively licences for sale and licences must be presented by the start of the assignment.
The tenderer's routines for safeguarding the conduct requirement shall be accounted for.
The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 qualified inspectors within 3 months from the start of the contract.
If the tenderer does not have 5 qualified inspectors at the time of the tender, the tenderer is asked to describe the plan and progress to build the inspector staff if the contract is awarded.
