Lørenskog kommune

The contracting authority would like to make work processes more efficient and automate, with the intention of save time that employees spend on manual tasks and increase quality. Important tools and methods we look at for streamlining and automation include the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (KI), but may also include other technologies and methodologies depending on needs and possibilities. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a Tenderer who can be our collaborating partners in the work of making work more efficient and automated.

Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts.: Tenderers ought to have experience with delivering a broad spectrum of RPA services to comparable customers. Examples of services: Technical set-up and infrastructure. • Identifying and prioritising. • Process mapping and optimisation. • Development, testing and rolling out. Management/operation, including error recovery and Optimization. • Reply by describing up to 3 of the tenderer's relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and email address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
