Rollag municipality has decided to construct a new health centre with 18 residential units, located in Veggli. The new health centre shall be constructed with prefabricated modules. Emphasis has been put on the departments being adapted to persons with dementia, as there is an increasing need for these types of places. Residential units institution dementia 10 pcs. Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent assignments.: Relevant assignments means assignments of similar complexity/degree of difficulty and scope/size, preferably as a turnkey contractor (TE) or partnering contractor (SE), with a contract cost over 100 mill.kr. Excluding VAT. The company MUST, however, have had the role of collaboration contractor in at least one relevant project, which has been completed, in order to fulfil the requirement. Documentation requirements: Description of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments (total/interaction contracts) during the last 7 years. All received or obtained documentation will form the basis for an overall assessment of whether the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Annex part 1, annex 1.3 is used for replying and it shall be returned completed.
