The contract includes laying transverse road markings, symbols and text with thermoplastic and longitudinal road markings with spray plastic, thermoplastic and paint. The contract is for the county road network in Agder. It is expected that annual: • Sprayed thermoplastic as transverse road markings approx. 80 tons per annum • Extruded thermoplastic as longitudinal road markings, approx. 550 km of line and the amount is approx. 250 tonnes per annum • Spray plastic as longitudinal road markings, approx. 240 km of line and amount is approx. 75 tons per annum • Paint as longitudinal road markings, approx. 1,200 km of line and the amount is approx. 85 tons per annum.

The tenderer's economic and financial capacity: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to. fulfil the contract. -Tenderers shall have an average annual turnover in the last three years with a minimum of NOK 100,000.00. 40.0 million. -The tenderer shall have an equity ratio as a percentage of at least 10% of the total capital.

SHA system: Tenderers shall be certified in accordance with NS ISO 45001:2018 Management Systems for working environment - Requirements and guidelines on use.

Environment: Tenderers shall be certified in accordance with NS-EN ISO 14001:2015 Management Systems for environment. - Specifications with guidance. The certified system shall be relevant for equivalent transport projects.

Quality: Tenderers shall be certified in accordance with NS-EN ISO 9001:2015 Management Systems for quality - Requirement. The certified system shall be relevant for equivalent transport projects.
