The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for electrotechnical low voltage installations. Including services in connection with maintenance, replacements and new procurements of electrical installations in the mentioned areas. The framework agreement includes, among other things, the delivery of the following services: Replacement of new installations Preventative Maintenance, Improvements to Alterations/Alterations of Electrical Installations with More Thermographing Analyses and Measurements Energy Reducing Measures, COMEnkel Engineering DesignEl boards Fire Alarm System, see Annex 7 Requirements for the delivery for further details on the purpose of the framework agreement.

Electrical Company Register: Requirement: Tenderers shall be registered in the Electrical Company Register of the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) for the following types of sites and equipment and work assignments. Types of sites and equipment: • Building - low voltage installations • Industry - low voltage installations • Supply installations - low voltage • Machines - electrical installations Tasks: • Engineering design of electrical installations. • Construction and maintenance of electrical installations of others. • Inspection of other people ́s electrical installations. Documentation: Tenderers shall be on DSB ́s list of registered electrical companies. Alternatively, tenderers can submit documentation that shows that they are registered in the register. Tenderers must ensure that the list is updated. Tenderers shall send documentation or other written confirmation that they are certified and registered for all the stated work assignments within all of the stated types of sites and equipment. Authorisation: Requirement: The tenderer shall be authorised for installation and maintenance of an ecom networks in category ENA of the National Communications Authority, in accordance with the authorisation regulations. Documentation: Tenderers shall state on the Norwegian Communications Authority ́s list of valid authorisations in the category ENA. Workforce and capacity: Requirement: The tenderer shall have the necessary workforce and capacity, which means that the tenderer must, as a minimum, have 20 employees in the executing part of the company, i.e. engineering/skilled workers/apprentice. Documentation: Tenderers shall submit documentation on both of the following points: • An overview and description of technical personnel with relevant competence that the tenderer has at its disposal for fulfilment of the contract.
