The aim of the procurement is to cover the customer's need for white goods, brown goods and small electronics for participants of the contract, in accordance with the requirement specifications. Due to different service level requirements and different assortment at customers, the procurement was divided into two Subsites. A separate requirement specification was prepared for each sub area. Lot 1 - White goods, brown goods and small electronics for municipal buildings, institutions etc. Lot 2 - White goods, brown goods and small electronics for refugees.

Payment of tax, VAT and other public duties.: Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and
VAT in accordance with the legal provisions and the tenderer must not have significant arrears.
The requirement only applies to Norwegian tenderers.
After the tender submission, tenderers must give consent for TendSign obtaining and that
the contracting authority will get information on this via TendSign. After the tenderer has sent in.
Tenderers will receive a request from Altinn for consent to share the tender in TendSign.
