Nordre Follo Kommune

A contract shall be procured for waste management for municipal buildings and facilities in Nordre Follo municipality. The objective of the procurement is to ensure effective collection, transport and treatment of different types of waste in a way that promotes climate and environmental considerations. This applies, among other things, to schools, nurseries, health and welfare units, administration buildings, see Annex 2 - location list and service level for an overview of current locations. It must be expected that locations may be withfeited in the contract period. The contract shall also cover periodical need for waste management in connection with renovation of the contracting authority ́s building.

The tenderer's economic and financial capacity: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Sufficient economic and financial capacity means a bankruptcy rating equivalent to B (moderate bankruptcy risk) from Proff Forvalt (Proff AS) or better. Documentation requirements: The contracting authority will use information available at Proff Forvalt (Proff AS) to assess whether the requirement is fulfilled. If a tenderer chooses to use another company to fulfil the requirement, a joint and several liability statement must be enclosed. The contracting authority will also use Proff Forvalt for the entity to assess the company's bankruptcy rating.

… a quality assurance system adapted to the delivery and the risks involved. Documentation requirements: A description of the tenderer's procedures and measures for quality assurance. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance standards, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of a valid certificate. The tenderer shall state where the requirement is fulfilled in the certification. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document that a standard is equivalent.
