Kort beskrivelse

Ecopro AS is a waste treatment company owned by 64 municipalities in Mid-Norway and southern parts of Nordland, mainly through intermunicipal waste companies. Ecopro AS receives more than 40,000 tonnes of organic waste at its facility in Skjørdalen in Verdal municipality, where the waste is recycled and refined into biogas and nutrient-rich soil and fertiliser products. Ecopro AS takes particular responsibility for climate and environmental considerations and circular economy. The aim of Ecopro AS is also to safeguard the owners' responsibility and interests in the following areas: Receive and process wet organic waste and sludge from municipalities and intermunicipal companies, industry and private actors in Mid-Norway, including the establishment and operation of a joint waste treatment facility. Coordinated transport of collected and sorted waste to a joint treatment facility. Market and sell residue products and energy from waste treatment. Provide related services in the treatment of waste.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The contracting authority will undertake an overall assessment of whether the qualification requirement is fulfilled.: Documentation requirement:

Credit rating, not older than six months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The credit rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.

The tenderer's Annual Financial Statements, Annual Report and Audit Report for the last three years.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit report in order to verify that the tenderer fulfils the requirement.

If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Control Permission: For goods or services that are complicated, or that in exceptional cases shall be used for a particular purpose: Will the tenderer allow checks of the tenderer's production capacity or technical capacity and, where necessary, of the survey and research facilities that the tenderer has at its disposal and of quality control measures? Portion of the contract to sub-suppliers.: The tenderer is considering to outsource the following part (as a percentage) of the contract to sub-suppliers. Note that if the tenderer has decided to outsource a part of the contract to sub-suppliers and will use the sub-suppliers ́ capacity to carry out this part, a special ESPD will be supplemented for such sub-suppliers, see part II, section C, above.

Requirements regarding the tenderer's technical and professional qualifications.: All vehicles that are used in this contract shall completely use biogas. The contracting authority will only, as an exception, accept that other fuel is used in the contract for special events, for example by the vehicles on biogas being destroyed, at workshops etc. In such cases the use of other fuel shall be pre-approved by the contracting authority and it can be used as a maximum of up to one week. Backup materials shall as a minimum cover the Euro 6 requirements.
The contracting authority will accept an exception period for the first 18 months from when the contract is initiated until the requirement is met. The transporter shall as a minimum cover euro 6 requirements for vehicles until the gas vehicles are taken into use.
