The Norwegian Environment Agency shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of legal services on behalf of several of the departments subject to the Ministry of Climate and Environment. The following departments are included: The Norwegian Environment Agency, the Norwegian Polar Institute, the Directorate for Cultural Heritage, the Arts Data Bank, the Meteorological Institute and the Cultural Memorial Fund. The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the public agencies' need for legal assistance in legal demanding cases or when capacity challenges arise, within the areas: • Tort law • Labour law • Global employment • GDPR/privacy law • HR right • Fixed property legal relationship • Copyright and brand • EU/EEA law with competence in the government support regulations • Duty law • Contract law (except contract law connected to public procurements)
