The framework agreement is valid from when the contract is signed and two years into the future. MOVAR has the option (unilateral right), to extend the contract on the same terms for 2 years, or 1+1 year. If MOVAR wishes to extend the framework agreement, written notification shall be given, at the latest, 6 months before the contract expires.

Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.: • Credit rating, not older than six months, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The credit rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company that has a licence for such a business.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.: • Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers shall have experience and competence with relevant assignments.: Tenderers must assess, choose and describe their most relevant reference projects within each of the 4 topics/competence areas. A maximum of two reference projects can be set up per competence area. The following minimum information ought to be given on each of the projects: - The contracting authority and gender neutral preferred, including contact information for any reference check. - Brief assignment and project description. - The project ́s length, both for the consultant and the contracting authority. - The project ́s total value (including contract cost etc.) - The value of the consultancy contract for the tenderer References must be contactable if necessary, to check the relevance and execution of the previous assignment. However, it is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. The contracting authority ́s own experience with the tenderer can be emphasised in the evaluation. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have provided services for another employer/business. Emphasis is put on this requirement that the tenderer ́s total competence shall only be assessed - as opposed to the offered consultant ́s competence - and that CVs are not to be enclosed.

Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity: An overview of the tenderer's organisation and relevant, total workforce/manpower for this type of project. Emphasis is put on the fact that the tenderer ́s total capacity and implementation ability shall only be assessed and that CVs shall not be presented here.

Tenderers are required to have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system for the services that shall be provided.: Confirmation/description of the tenderer ́s quality assurance system. If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certifications, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of a valid certificate/certificate.
