The procurement shall cover the municipality ́s need for: 1) Weekly cleaning/Regular cleaning 2) Periodical cleaning 3) Maintenance of floor 4) Cleaning related service assignments 5) Additional services that can be ordered if needed; Temporary staff services, window cleaning, main cleaning, building cleaning etc. the procurement comprises a tender contest for buildings of approx. 40,000 m², divided in three contract areas.

Experience from comparable contracts: Tenderers shall have experience from similar deliveries. Similar deliveries means deliveries of cleaning services to schools and nurseries in accordance with THE NORWEGIAN Institute of Public Construction and Property. INSTA 800 and regulated by NS 8431, which is of an equivalent extent that it is relevant to award the contract for

Capacity: Tenderers shall have sufficient administrative and operative capacity to fulfil the contract. The requirement will be assessed against the contract awarded

Environmental management system: Tenderers are required to have established environmental management measures that ensure that the tenderer is suitable for fulfilment of the contract's environmental requirements.
