The procurement is for a turnkey contract for the construction of a service building at the shooting range for the police in Birkenes municipality. The detailed engineering design services shall be carried out by the tenderer. Birkenes municipality would like to build a building at the gun club ́s shooting ranges at Flakkelons in Birkenes, which shall be rented out to the Police for use as personnel rooms, plaster rooms and stores for the police. The site is grovplanert. Information that is available publicly is limited for security reasons. The tender documentation and published documents will, therefore, be sparing with information on the function description and design of the building. Other documents can be obtained from the KGV upon request from relevant tenderers. Tenderers must first sign Annex 6 Distribution Statement with a declaration of confidentiality that the documents are not distributed, copied or published beyond what is necessary to obtain prices for the execution. Documents shall be returned or destroyed in accordance with the competition and digital tracks are deleted. Tenderers are responsible for any sub-suppliers signing Annex 6 (both of the declarations).

Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.: - Credit assessment from a certified credit rating company based on the most recent accounting figures. The key figures in the requirement must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience. If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove its economic and financial capacity by any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, including, for example, by a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.

Requirements for experience from similar assignments: Tenderers shall have good experience with the execution of equivalent assignments/deliveries.: List with an overview of three most relevant assignments in the last five years. Experience from buildings that are exposed to water ingress will be assessed as very relevant in this project. The list shall as a minimum contain: • The name of the customer/contracting authority. • Brief description of the delivery, • Date of the delivery, • Contract value and scope, • A gender neutral preferred for each delivery, as well as a telephone number and email address. Tenderers can use the attached template, cf. part 1 Annex 5. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the listed references in order to verify the extent and quality. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
