Tenderers must first sign Annex 6 Distribution Statement with a declaration of confidentiality that the documents are not distributed, copied or published beyond what is necessary to obtain prices for the execution. Documents shall be returned or destroyed in accordance with the competition and digital tracks are deleted. Tenderers are responsible for any sub-suppliers signing Annex 6 (both of the declarations).

Requirements for experience from similar assignments: Tenderers shall have good experience with the execution of equivalent assignments/deliveries.: List with an overview of three most relevant assignments in the last five years. Experience from buildings that are exposed to water ingress will be assessed as very relevant in this project.
The list shall as a minimum contain:
• The name of the customer/contracting authority.
• Brief description of the delivery,
• Date of the delivery,
• Contract value and scope,
• A gender neutral preferred for each delivery, as well as a telephone number and email address.
Tenderers can use the attached template, cf. part 1 Annex 5. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the listed references in order to verify the extent and quality.
It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
