Kort beskrivelse

Voss municipality shall procure a new lorry. The lorry shall be used in the construction department, until between the following assignments: Snow clearing and gritting, crane work and transport of masses. NOK 2.1 million excluding VAT has been set aside in the budget, as well as the value of the trade-in vehicle, to procure a new vehicle. Noko equipment is excreted as an option. The host will be asked to utilise the options if there are midlars. The contracting authority will assess whether the options will be included in the evaluation after the tender is rejected, and after one sees whether there is a midlar to lie in.

3.3 Climate and environmental requirements, ref. PPR § 7-9
The procurement includes the procurement of a new lorry. The lorry must be specially adapted to be able to be used for the intended services. According to what the contracting authority is aware of, the naudsynte adaptations mean that it is not possible to use an electric lorry. In order to safeguard climate and the environment, the contracting authority has set absolute requirements for the vehicle, which contributes to reducing climate footprint and environmental impact. Voss has assessed that this will have a effect than evaluating the climate and environment in this procurement. There are absolute requirements that shall ensure a long lifetime of individual components, there is a requirement that the car should be able to use CO2 neutral fuel. The contracting authority has mapped the tender documentation in order to see if there can be other relevant discs between the tenderers, to the general public as regards the issue. Due to the vehicle being specially adapted, there is no relevant, comparable environmental documentation, beyond the guarantee that the vehicles will as a minimum fulfil the target requirements in accordance with the updated EURO 6 standard.
Voss has, after a joint assessment, vald, benefited from the exemption terms in PPR § 7-9 (5).

Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.

Credit worthy based on requirements for a secure lift.
Documentation: Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. Ratinga shall be carried out by a credit information agency subject with licence to carry out this works.

resource management, the responsibility and routine analysis and administration of the hire.

If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
