Birkenes kommune

The contracting authority needs to enter into framework agreements for trade services for painting and covering. The procurement will mainly include repairs and maintenance. There can, however, be that the framework agreement will be used on minor investment objects, such as alterations and new buildings. Materials needed for the different operations will also be included in the work. Although the procurement comprises some material, it is emphasised that this contract does not provide any exclusiveity for the delivery of such material, and that the Contracting Authority is not otherwise obliged to procure materials from the service provider. The contracting authority is, thus, free to purchase materials from our other framework agreements and still use the contract supplier for work that shall be carried out without mark-up in the agreed prices for work. The contract also includes minor adjoining works and works that come naturally under the discipline. See part 2 Annex 1 the Contracting Authority's requirement specifications for further information on the contents of the procurement.

Experience from similar assignments - reference projects: Requirements: Tenderers shall have good experience with the execution of comparable assignments. Documentation requirement: A list with an overview and description of the tenderers' most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The list shall as a minimum contain • the name of the customer/contracting authority • Brief description of the delivery • date of the delivery. • contract value and extent • a gender neutral preferred for each delivery, as well as a telephone number and email address. Tenderers can use the attached template, cf. Annex 5 Reference Form. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the stated references in order to verify the extent and quality. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.

Delivery capacity and implementation ability: Requirements: Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity and implementation ability to fulfil the contract. Hereunder tenderers are required to have a minimum of two craft years work with a certificate of apprenticeship within painting. Documentation requirement: • Description of the company's manpower and organisation in relation to deliveries in accordance with the framework agreement ́s requirements. • A description of the tenderer's number of qualified personnel the tenderer has at their disposal to fulfil the contract, including personnel with certificates of apprenticeship within the relevant discipline.

FOA § 24-2 (2). This provision states that the contracting authority shall reject a tenderer when he is aware that the tenderer has been legally convicted or has accepted a wrought for the stated punishable conditions. The requirement that the contracting authority shall reject tenderers who have accepted a wreap for the stated punishable conditions is a distinctively Norwegian requirement. FOA § 24-2 (3) letter in.
